I recently added 3 new Pro5 cameras to my system. Now totaling 11 cameras. I subscribe to the Arlo's $20 unlimited plan. The cameras are connected using the smart hub. All old cameras still upload to the cloud but all new cameras do not. How can I get the newly connected cameras to upload to the cloud?

Are they listed in your subscription plan?
Are you getting notifications when they detect motion?
Can you make a manual recording from one of the new cameras while livestreaming?

Guru Stephen,
I seriously think the problem is that the new cameras arent listed under the subscription plan. Wiih the old app it was fairly easy to "manage" the cameras and put them under the subscription. With the updated version i can not figure out how to do this. When i check the subscription and look at the list of cameras, the new ones are listed. I do get notifications with motion and sound. I can record but only on the local storage.

Are you using my.arlo.com on a PC?
One option would be to go into the support center, pick a camera that is in the plan, and then get phone support.

Guru Stephen,
Actually i can not make a manual recording from the new cameras. They do record to the local storage when motion activated.
