Cannot connect with new phone

upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone 13. App was working fine for a few weeks then told me I needed to sign in again. Haven’t been able to sign in since. Having trouble adding my new phone as a trusted device. Old phone was receiving all notifications.

I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and low and behold that seemed to do the trick. Crossing my fingers though. Only because I don’t entirely trust technology. Lol

I can not seem to delete the app

Hold down the app button until it starts to jiggle. Then follow the prompts.
