How to turn off sound of the alert when the camera senses motion?

Would someone please advise how to turn off the sound of the alert when the camera senses motion?  

We want the motion recorded of course but we don't need the sound every time that it senses any motion.

A step-by-step instruction would be greatly appreciated!

You do this in the Android or iOS settings.

For example, on an iPhone

1. select Apple Settings
2. scroll down to Arlo Secure and select it.
3. select notifications
4. turn off sounds
