I am having problem setting up Emergency Response. I hit set up and it says please wait and it does nothing. Please help.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Which version of the Arlo mobile app do you have installed?

Have you tried removing and re-downloading the app?

I have done that a million times. I even went in a cleared all the cookies.

Do you have another device/phone you can try with?

 

Is this on iOS or Android? 

 

Which version of OS is installed on your phone? Also, can you provide a screenshot of the error?

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.

I have exact same issue.  Been working with Support for 2 days now to no avail.  As soon as I upgraded to new Arlo Plus Secure (to go from 5 Cameras to 8 )the Emergency Response Set Up was lost and now I cannot Set it up again.   Have tried different devices, different networks nothing works.  This is 100 % on your back end please fix this!  You “forced” this upgrade and broke critical functionality.

Which version of the Arlo app are you currently using as well as OS on your phone/device?

I am using Arlo app version 3.6.4 (3405) and iOS 15.3.1

Does this issue occur with the latest version of the Arlo mobile app v3.6.5. if you do not see the update you can remove and re-install the app.

I no longer need resolution of this issue, I downgraded my subscription and lost access to the emergency services feature.

As a new owner/subscriber to Arlo products I’m particularly upset that this issue has been active for at least 11 months and the problem still exists. The app will not respond to any touch on the residence-type page. (iPhone 12 iOS 15.6)
