How do I get my 10% discount on products after subscribing to Arlo Secure?

See title. I am getting no discount when I add products to my cart. Not even when I go through checkout.

No, it just says when you subscribe to Arlo Secure you get a 10% discount on all Arlo products. The problem has been resolved though. I got in touch with customer service. You have to be logged out of your account when you add items to your cart. Then when you go to checkout, it asks you to sign in, and the discount is then applied.
