Arlo new update geofencing while away and schedule while home

I am looking for the same set up I had but with this new app and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. This new update is not intuitive at all

Ok so I want to set up Geofencing while both phones are away and a schedule to arm all cameras from 7pm-7am. 

Is this possible with the new update? Can anyone walk me through it?

And what do you want to happen when you are home between 7 am and 7 pm?

Ok I have automations set what ones should be selected under each mode?

Right now I have every automation selected in arm away, arm home and standby

Do you also use Geofencing?

Yes, I have geofencing and schedule set up. Do I leave all the geofencing and schedule automations on for all 3 modes? What I am talking about is the automation toggle option when you go to the mode settings. This option to select/deselect automations is quite confusing. I tried to post a screenshot of what Im talking about but am unable to

I get this is confusing.  Note the settings you are seeing in the mode are also shown in the automation config - just presented differently.

Again, the schedule automations should be enabled in Arm Home,  Standby - but NOT Arm Away.  If you were to enable them in Arm Away, then the schedule would continue to run when you are away from home.  Which you don't want.

Your "Arrive" automation should only run in Arm Away (and NOT Arm Home or Standby), since its purpose is to take the system out of Arm Away.  

 "Leave" can be left enabled in all modes (though Arm Home, Standby is enough).
