So I got the email offer to subscribe annually to save $ or I'd be kicked off my old plan and charged more per month.
In doing so, I've lost ability to resubscribe to my normal CVR plan.
Um, what in the heck. I would have declined the offer if I had known I couldn't accept it by having to not have access to CVR.
