Is Arlo down again? I always get the generic “an error has occurred” error message when trying to log into Arlo Secure.

Yes, me also. From @ 12:00 GMT. Arlo advice is to log in to your account to chat issues. Issue is I can’t log in. 🙄. Googled Arlo current issues there is a local issue with logging in. I’ve no idea what local means.

I have the wireless driveway camera and pro outdoor cameras. Last night, camers worked fine. This morning, I was not logged into my app. Tried to log in and got "Error while JSONSerialization". Tried to log into the brower (Chrome) at my.arlo.com and I got "The request timed out". I found an old post to do the below steps on the phone, which I tried and still same results. I need to be able to see my cameras. Is the arlo site down?
Tried:
on the phone:
- restart it
- put it into airplane (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
- launch the app
- wait for the internet connection error

I am unable to log into my arlo app on any device, including a desktop. I've only had my doorbell camera for 1 day and now i'm unable to access it.

I can’t log into my camera or account, I keep getting an error msg. The chat button isn’t working on the Arlo website either so I cannot connect to any support. How do you contact support?

Updated iPad Air to OS 26.1 the other day. Get error logging in. Works fine on android phone. Might have something to do with latest iPad update . The Arlo app may require an update.

Unable to login Arlo Secure. I tried password reset and Arlo doesn’t recognize my e-mail. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Tried going to my.arlo webpage and webpage times out within a sec of entering email address.
