Is Arlo down again? I always get the generic “an error has occurred” error message when trying to log into Arlo Secure.

Logged in and one of the issues is still there. Everything is still offline.. Even the base station..

Yes! Notifications are also now up and the app shows normal functionality.

I am successful in logging in online via Chrome.  My app will still not log in.  I still get the Error while JSONSerialization

I closed my phone app.  Reopened it and tried to log in.  No longer getting JSON error, but just get "An error has occurred. Please try again." in a red banner at the top.  Only phone app is having the issue.  Able to build my dashboard on Chrome and see the cameras fine.

Reset the basestation and see if that resolved the behavior you are seeing.

I don’t have a new phone but having issues all morning. First it said that my email and password not correct and when I tried to forget password it says wrong country. Deleted and downloaded app again and it allowed me to forget password but right back to incorrect email and password

Is the phone connected to your home wifi?

 

CloudFlare is still reporting some issues with their service (and I believe Arlo does use CloudFlare)

@jherschk the login issue is resolved. However, it sounds like you maybe having a different situation. Can you see if you are able to log into the web browser?

yes, connected to home wifi.  It is now working though.
