Is Arlo down again? I always get the generic “an error has occurred” error message when trying to log into Arlo Secure.

I've had a system using cameras for several years. I received a notification and went to get in my app and it said I had to log back in. Arlo will not recognize my email or password. I called support and it's past 6 am pacific time with no one pick up and answering the call. All I get is a vm message stating the support center is closed. What's going on?

I am not able to log into the App or the Website. I tried everything from reinstall the app to offloading it to restarting my phone. Also, tried different browsers to login in online. Both APP and Website show error or timed out.
On website chat box unavailable and when I call support its says they are closed even though they are suppose to be open 6 AM PST time!!!

Using desktop and Chrome. Click login, then username/password comes up and click login...Top of screen repeatedly has orange banner that says "the request timed out". Have restarted computer, reloaded Chrome, reloaded site, tried going through to dashboard on here, to no avail.

Oh ok thanks. How do I turn off the security system? Right now I just removed the battery from the camera that detects the motion but is there a better way?

Dear Arlo,
The App is not working nor is it online login.
It says fails both places.
So no access to my cameras or to my profile.
Can't ask for new password or anything - just error after error and timeouts.
