I have just signed into an old account on Arlo. I haven’t set up my cameras on this account. However I was not aware. I had paid for a subscription and it turns out, I made it for the wrong account. I just want my money back and to actually pay for the right account. However, Arlo has no phone number and only has a robot to deal with issues like these. I cancelled my subscription but they still have my money. How can I get my money back?!!
