Hello
I had a setup using a mix of doorbell, essentials camera and original arlo cameras. It functioned but it was time to update the old cameras.
I got a couple of essentials cameras and all worked during the trial period. Now that has ended I cant release the doorbell and an essentials camera from single camera plans to get onto a multicamera subscription.
Now see that Arlo cant manage to bring themselves to offer even account support to the UK.
I need to resolve this or ditch working with this company. How do I actually get account support?

Resolved.
If trying to change plans the UI only shows the unallocated cameras to add to the plan. If you continue and set the plan up then the multi camera plan pulls all the cameras into the plan. It just does not tell you that's what it will do and looks like you will end up with a multi cam and a single cam plan.

Did you cancel the single camera plans? That's how you would "release" them.
