I know ArloPro2’s are “end of life” product but is there a way to get the “last firmware” update sent to the camera and base station? Says there is no firmware available
for any of them and I am assuming the support is no longer. Not ready to go to Pro4’s until these cameras die

I bought The 4 system. They don’t stick to anything like the 2’s and one of the 4’s just stopped working. Won’t charge either.

Likely you already have the latest firmware. Check the table here:
The Pro 2 cameras don't go end of life until 1 Jan 2025, so still a year out. Arlo says they will provide security updates for a year after that.

Looks like my base station and one camera do not have the last firmware update. How do I get it?

One way to do so that usually works well is to reboot the base. You may also want to reinsert the camera battery.

Reboot the base by power cycling it.
Similarly, reboot the camera by removing the battery for several seconds (perhaps 10) and reinserting it.

Thanks for your replies. What is power cycling? I am not tech savvy.

The base was replaced about a year ago when it went bad. Got a spare my son had. It had been cycled (unplugged electrical) several times a does not show current software one of the cameras was replaced but not sure if it is the one with the different software. It also has been cycled.
How if the updated firmware sent?

I thank you! Why not just say unplug the base unit? So much simpler to understand!
