Arlo Door Lock in app

Hello

when I bought the cameras, doorbell and flood light in the store the display showed a widget with door lock in the Arlo app. How do I do that? I’ve added the photo

That functionality requires the home security system

This comes with sensors, and in the screenshot one of those sensors is on the door.  It indicates whether the door is open or closed (Arlo has no idea if the door is locked or not).

If that was the case it would indicate door open/closed. It indicates locked/unlocked. There must be a way to connect the lock mechanism

I have this system, and it does not have any knowledge about my locks.

I see does it say locked/unlocked to indicate open or close status?

Mine just has open/close.  I have no explanation for the graphic that you posted.  There was some talk about integration with Yale smartlocks some years back, but I've not seen any announcements of actual products.

The features shown on the display aren't an accurate representation of what the app looks like today and those features are not available. The Arlo Secure app features and design are subject to change, and it's not representative of the latest version.
