Hey everyone,
Last evening my Arlo app logged me out, and when I tried to log back in, it froze on the blue loading screen with the arlo house logo. Does anyone know how to fix this error with an Android phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro)? I've seen solutions for Apple phones, but none for Android, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Solutions I've tried: I've already tried loading the app with my wi-fi off and even in airplane mode. I've also cleared my app's cache and reset my phone twice. No dice.

Had same problem this morning on an Android tablet. After trying many things this process fixed it:
1. Delete cache AND app data (just deleting cache didn't work)
2. Uninstall app
3. Restart phone/tablet (I did a power down restart)
4. Re-install app
This fixed it. Note that it didn't accept my original password (gave a message about 'verification process has changed') so I had to go through the reset password loop.

Don't worry its not just tou this is happening to me today as well I can not log in at all just the blue screen with the house logo. It appears Arlo as usual is down on Android on some phones. Just wish they would let people know on their website they are having issues especially when I pay the premium price a year for my 4k cameras. Whats the point in having home security if I cant check on my cameras and door bell

I got it to work i just cleared my data and restarted phone. All I had to do was put in verification code they sent me that's it did not have to change password just worked straight away but stupid that I have to do that to get it to work again. Just glad I did not have to re do all my zones again or I would of been annoyed
