Paid for a year subscription but keep getting notices I still need to pay…Last warning

I got a new bank card and Arlo was unable to bill me my monthly subscription. I added a new bank card and subscribed for a year. Now I am getting “Last Notice” texts from Arlo that I need to subscribe. (The yearly subscription has already been auto drafted from my account) Can someone help me get in-touch with Customer Service? I need my account fixed or a refund. Thank you.
