Arlo cameras show activity on my phone but when I click on my app it shows me the logo and nothing else happens. I can’t get to the place to manage and see my devices. I updated the app to latest version but still no luck. I think I need a security code to access. Any suggestions?

Try this:
- restart the phone
- disable wifi and mobile data (airplane mode)
- launch the app. It should give you an error saying that it cannot connect to the internet.
- now enable wifi and mobile data, and you should be able to log in.
