Arlo cameras show activity on my phone but when I click on my app it shows me the logo and nothing else happens. I can’t get to the place to manage and see my devices. I updated the app to latest version but still no luck. I think I need a security code to access. Any suggestions?

Try this:

  1. restart the phone
  2. disable wifi and mobile data (airplane mode)
  3. launch the app.  It should give you an error saying that it cannot connect to the internet.
  4. now enable wifi and mobile data, and you should be able to log in.
