I am having an issue as the Web Site Version of My.Arlo.com does not agree with the app versions on both my phone and tablet.  Changes made on my phone do not show up on the Web version.  For example - as I write this, my system is in Standby mode.  On the Web version nothing is highlighted.

When I move to Routines, it is only showing one and that cannot be edited or deleted.

I have had some other issues which this board has been extremely helpful with but this one bothers me a bit.  Any suggestions//

What happens when you click on "Automations" in your bottom screen shot????

Nothing - the 'wheel' turns but nothing else.

The dashboard on the website can be set up differently from the dashboard on your phone, so nothing is wrong there.

This concerns me because this is in direct conflict with changes I have made.  This morning, for example, the move from Arm Home to Stand By did not occur.  The move to Arm Home from Stand By did occur last night, but I did not receive any notification of this.

Is there a way to clear out my account and let me start over so any conflicts are eliminated?  The fact that I cannot maneuver through the Web Site version is deeply concerning to me.

Thoughts?

Did you double-check the enable list for your "Day" automation?

Are you browsing to my.arlo.com on a PC?

Are you using the same account credentials that you are using on the phone?

Unfortunately nothing worked either last night or this morning.  I am extremely frustrated.  I am going to repost this showing every possible screenshot but I still believe there is an issue in the fact that the web based version (my.arlo.com) is in complete disagreement with what I have tried to do and WON'T allow me to do anything on the site.  I would love to have that info deleted so I can properly start over again.

@N5XTH can you double check that the app version as well as the web version are both signed into the exact same email?

The web-based application is using Version 6.1.1 (Dated June 12, 2025)

My Android version is using Version 6.1.2_28882 (Dated June 4, 2025)

Both are signed in the same

@N5XTH please delete any automations that you currently have. And then create them again, however create them only from the mobile device. Do not create them within the web browser. Let me know if that works.

I have never been able to create new automations on the website.

hello @N5XTH

Please recreate your automation on your Android device and do not touch them on the web. The issue you are facing has a fix coming, but in the meantime, as long as you use one platform to manage your automation, it should work as expected.

Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Had a similar thing happen tonight...

About a week ago I installed the app on my wifes phone and then reset my geofencing Arrive setting from Anyone Arrive to Specific People Arrive but left the Leave setting at Everyone Leaves.

I had not had a chance to test those Geofencing settings, since we haven't gone anywhere away from the house. However, I have added some cameras and for the past week have been tweaking the routines (using both the app and web portal) in all three modes so I know for sure that all of the settings in routines were identical on both platforms.

Tonight I decided to actually test the Geofencing automation (using the Test Automation function in the app) and that's when things changed in the Arm Away & Standby modes, but only with the push notifications for the lights...some that had been set to on were now set to off and some that were set to off were now on. Of course while checking these outside of the house using the app, I found that even when two of the three lights were set to off they would still send a push notification and even when I turned the third one off, it would still send a push notification and when I went back to check it, I found that it had turned itself back on. Note that all of this was in the Standby Mode.

So I wouldn't have to listen to the light notifications all night, I muted ALL notifications for 24 hours...which did nothing and the push notifications continued even with notifications muted. I then went to the web portal and found that notifications that had been off were now on and some that had been on were now off (no specific pattern, it was pretty random) so I turned all notifications off in the web portal and that solved the push issue for the night so that I could deal with it in the morning.

I then googled this problem and that's when I came across this discussion so I thought I'd let you know about it since it was actually triggered by the "Test Automation" feature, which may be helpful to your engineers.

Tomorrow I'll reset all of my push notification settings in the app (for both Arm Away & Standby...I have no push notifications on in Arm Home) and set all to off in the web portal.

FYI...Since the "Send Notifications" were the only things that changed in all three modes of Routines, I removed all of what was left of the notify settings on the app and only created them on the web portal with the exception of the lights, which I left "send notification" off since, even with mute on they still send notifications...which I recall was an issue I had back in 2023 that started the day the "system wide lights not sensing motion issue", from earlier that year, was resolved...so I had just left notifications for the lights off since then.

Everything now seems to be back to normal 🤞
