I messed up when creating my account so I deleted it to start over but now it says I have an existing account when I try to create one but then I try to log in and it says the account was closed. How do I fix this? And does anyone have a customer service number?

Arlo doesn't publish them, and anything you find by googling will almost certainly lead you to a scammer.
