Model version, etc don't apply here: I'm trying to update my payment information and it won't actually let me click the button (disabled) to save the information. The Chatbot was helpless and, because I'm using a replacement card, my account expired so voice support is not available. Any advice would be huge; thaks in advance...

Autofill might also be getting in the way, so try selecting each field, make a small change and then undo it.
