99 Cent Offer Won’t Open

I received an email offering Arlo Secure for 99 cents for 3 months, and each time I click on the link, it has me login and then sits and spins without opening the signup page.  It seems to be an apparent dead end.  The same occurs across all my devices — laptop, tablet and phone.
