Hi! I have Arlo cameras but cancelled my subscription a long time ago. Today, an attempt was made to charge my debit card but I do not have a subscription nor have I placed any recent orders. I tried to get help via chat but was told I could not have access to a live agent. Can you help me with issue? I think the charge was blocked by my bank as it triggered a fraud alert. But, I want to ensure there are no future attempts to charge my card. Thanks!
