I wanted to ask questions about getting another indoor camera.
The website Chat would not work and I did not see a phone number.
Is there an email address that I can use to send my questions?

The web client doesn't provide access to official support for some reason (a phone number can be copied and used to call so just because the computer can't call isn't a reason). There is no email access. Do you have a smartphone that you can load the Arlo app onto for this purpose?
Asking your questions here would likely be the fastest method.
