Hi all,
my arlo q is connected to WiFi but cannot reach netgear server and thus is not usable.
What can I do?
Hard reset didn’t work

I would attempt a full reset again, and if NG, you have to contact Support - https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
Then again a few hours seem to make a big difference when something like this happens

Is not a temporary errors, it’s from January that is not working and I tried to reset a lot of time.
To me it looks like the camera has lost is setting on how to reach the server, for this reason I would like to know if there is a way to upload to the camera a fresh firmware

If it's not connected to the internet, the fw isn't going to get to the camera.... there is no manual method

Is there a method to upload the firmware manually, like connecting the camera to a pc?
