The app is incredibly frustrating to use to view CVR playback. It baffles me that we pay £70 a year and I can barely view any pass recordings without the app either freezing or crashing. 90% of the time all u see is a black screen.

My download is 250mbps and 20mbps upload.

Is this only occurring when you use the mobile app (iOS or Android)? Do you experience the same behavior when using the web client?

Never used the web client not sure why I would use that when it’s soo much quicker to go on the app?

It's a testing procedure. If things are fine with the browser, that helps nail down where the problem lies.

A firmware update for Arlo Q/Q+ was released recently. This firmware update addressed several bugs that could result in the behavior being discussed here. Check your Arlo Q/Q+ firmware version to be sure you are up to date with the latest version: Firmware Release Notes
