New Arlo Q not connecting

I have a 6 camera Arlo Pro 2 setup currently with no problems. I just purchased a Arlo Q and have tried to set it up but each time I go through the steps it times out with the the tones and goes from blue to orange.

I have tried resetting it, and it is not far from my router.

Any thoughts?

Hey Aadalan,

 

Have you tried doing a factory reset to your Arlo Q by holding the reset button on the side of your Arlo Q for about 10 seconds? You'll hear a click from the camera and the front LED will flash. From there, try to sync the camera again.
