My arlo Q camera will not connect

My arlo Q camera will not connect to my internet all my other devices in my house connect to Internet 

do I nee special equipment for Arlo Q 

i just bought the system its 6 cameras to of which are arloQ the other cameras connect to the base station correctely 

but when I try to connect the arloQ it just says try again could not find this camera

Do either the SSID and/or passphrase use special characters?
