I have the Basic free version which supports 5 cameras. I have 4 wire-free cameras and an Arlo Q camera. They were all working fine, but seems since the new update the Arlo Q doesn't live stream or record. When I click on Live it gives me this error: "Maximum of 5 camera streams are supported simultaneously. Please stop one stream before starting another camera stream."
I'm running them simultaneously, plus I used to be able to run all of them at the same time since I only have 5 cameras. I restarted the Arlo Q (haven't reset it) and deleted and reinstalled the app didn't solve the issue.

Resetting the base and resetting Arlo Q fixed the issue. Thanks.

I have the same problem.  Please help.  my arlo was okay until I downloaded the new app.  NOw, my arlo q plus keeps giving an error "maximum 5 camera streams are supported simultaneously."  I actually don't have any of them streaming except for this one that I am trying to stream.

My setup is 3 wireless arlo and 1 arloq and 1 arloq plus.  All are working except for arloq plus.  please help.

Thanks.

Same thing on a browser?  Have you power cycled the Q+?
