Microphone not working. and shows "Please wait" message

When I log into the Arlo site using my imac the microphone will not work.  I keep getting a please wait messscreen shot from iMacscreen shot from iMacage.  any ideas?

Try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser or try using a different browser or in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, try to use on a different device, such as your phone or a different computer.
