I have an Arlo Q Plus and an Arlo Q, both of which I can see using Arlo's app on my iPhone 7.
I received an invite to view a friend's Arlo. When I follow the prompts on his invite, it says to create a new Arlo account. How, then, would his camera show up on my Arlo list of devices? When I try typing in my existing user info, it takes me to my 2 cams.
Note: Just to clarify, I'm NOT trying to add a friend to my account. He's trying to give me access to his.
This shouldn't be difficult! Frustrated... so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my dilema! Thank you! Paul

Your friend must go into his grant access section and select which cameras to give you access to.
