Cannot get removed device back on app

The device wasn’t working properly with geofencing. Tried restarting it, then removed it thinking I could just add it back. Now the Arlo app won’t give me a new set up option & wont sync the device back as a new device. It gives me the chime after scanning the code then when it’s “looking for devices” the camera makes a buzzing noise & goes back to blinking Amber. Any suggestions?

Hey @OkieAthena,

 

You might want to try doing a factory reset. Press the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber and try to sync again.

Let me gather more information from you since factory resetting your camera did not help.
