Completed setting up an additional Arlo Q however it does not show up in devices

Completed a factory reset on an Arlo Q that I wanted to add to my existing account. Went through the SSID/password entry, got the chime from QR code, was able to select the camera serial # and name the device and received the final successful checkmark. However, when I go into Devices the newly named camera does not show up with my other two. I have done this at least 3 times with no change. Any thoughts?

Try logging out and back in as well as trying a browser.

When I attempted to setup in Chrome, when I press Continue after naming the camera I get a yellow bar “We are unable to claim this device. Contact Arlo Support. I have done a factory reset on this multiple times. Thanks

Was this a USED camera??  Did the prior owner remove the camera from their account ?
