Can I download a longer video clip?

Hi, I need to grab video of a Hermes driver picking up a "return" from my house - about maybe 2 minutes of video.

I have Arlo-Q and a 24-7 CVR subscription.

There is a "20 second clip"in the library which I can download, but it doesn't show all I need to capture.

I can watch all that I need to capture on the CVR - but there doesn't seem to be any way to select the portion of the video I need to download.

Can anybody help please?

That is an unfortunate gap in CVR, as there are lots of cases where you want to download a segment.

There are some tools out there that can capture your screen video - you'd start the recording, then play back the video segment you want.  Some are free (or at least have free trial periods).
