Hi,
We have a Arlo Q at work that have been hooked up to an account, but the employee that had the account doesnt work for us anymore. So we can't remove it from the account and hook it up to a new one.
I have tried to factory-reset it, and it wont work. It chimes with the QR but doesn't connect.
Anyway we can solve this?

You'll need to work with support to delete the old account. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
Not sure what assurances they will need to ensure that this is legit, though if the former employee was using his corporate email it might be easier.
