I've had an Arlo Q with Audio camera at our cabin for about 2 or 3 years. It worked fine until several months ago. Now the night vision doesn't work, and I no longer have "video settings" when I check under Device Settings. Anyone else have this happen?

App or browser? Which one of either type? Have you tried the other?

Neither work for me (app or browser). My husband can still see the video setting on his app, and he says night vision is turned on, but the video at night is still completely black.

Verify that the IR LEDs show a dull red glow in the dark (take the camera to a dark room to test).
