Arlo Q and PC access after Sept 30, 2019

With the company split, is new software required for my PC running Win 10 in order to access my library of recordings. If so, what needs to be done to update the software for the PC. I do not use mobile apps.

No new software is needed. You just use your web browser (as you are now).

 

But if you are still browsing to arlo.netgear.com, you should get in the habit of browsing to my.arlo.com instead.
