Are you using Smart? That slows down push notifications since the video has to be post-processed by the servers.

I'm not using smart that I'm aware of. The cameras do seem as though they've gotten a bit faster, but not like they were before the update. I would get a notification within a few seconds previoulsy, not it's sometimes minutes.

Check Settings, Subscription to see if you have been enrolled (perhaps you're subscribing to an enhanced plan?). If so, check Settings, Smart Notifications for active cameras. Disable Smart on cameras and see if that makes a difference.
