My system is up to date re software but I currently have two issues.

1. Notification when there is motion detected is very slow. Sometimes the activity is done before I receive notification there is an activity? How can I receive quicker notification of motion activity?

2. The image from all cameras in my system are good but not quite good enough for facial identification? Is there a way to improve clarity of the image so id of individuals is easier?

Finally, this community has been of great assistance in the past and I wish to thank you for your assistance and look forward to your response to these current issues.

Thank you,

Robert

1) WHat phone/OS? My Android phone sometimes is slow with the push notifications because it's solidly asleep. When not in such a power-saving sleep, it notifies quickly. BTW, email notifications wait until the whole  video is uploaded.

2) The best way for any details to be enhanced is to get the camera closer to the subject, if reasonably possible. The extreme wide angle view of the cameras limit how much a single pixel can hold, limiting those details.
