Camera sends notifications but no recording is showing in library since Sept 27 2019 3pm

Cameras send notifications, but no recording in the library. It is very upsetting. Supposed to be security device, but if there is no video recorded, then what is the point in this devices?

The issue was solved. I found that my husband was disarming the system. He didn’t realize that he was completely turning off recording. I suppose I shouldn’t given him access to the account 🙄

What phone device are you using? Are you experiencing this issue when trying to view the recording from your library through the web client on your computer?
