Excellent pictures and video during the day. Zero registered anything at night - even walked in front of it and yelled at it! Definitely have night vision turned on.

It sounds like a defective camera to me. Contact Customer Service at the green banner at the bottom of this page.

Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.
