Arming or disarming

When I arm or disarm cameras in mode it says getting information will not say armed or disarmed worked fine for 7 years now all of a sudden this

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Unpluged cameras , reset router& base deleted app it is only cameras that are plugged in

Have you tried removing and re-adding the camera?

Did not try removing camera don't know what reading the camera means
