Have tried factory reset have unplugged for 10 minutes and still can’t get blue sync light when I push the sync button

Remember that the reset is HOLD the reset in for about 10 secs till the led flashes....
I would try it a few times if it doesn't work.
It is also a possibility that the Q has had an internal issue as many after a few years or so go DOA. ( mine is about 5 years or so and they are no longer produced TMK )
