Arlo app freezes on startup on iphone only blue screen

Arlo Secure app freezes up on iphone and shows only the blue screen

I tried the suggested solutions noting to turn on airplane mode and turn off cellular and then access the app with no luck. I also turned off icloud for the app and offloaded the app and then reinstalled. Any other suggestions?  Thanks.
