Arlo android app problem last camera no Mic "Hold to Talk" Button since major update

I have three systems and I have three Android devices to access them.  On all of them, no matter what order I place the devices in, the "Hold to Talk" button will not appear on the bottom device.  If the bottom device is moved to the top or somewhere in between, then I have that option.

Which Android devices are you using? Do you have screenshots that show that the "hold to talk" button is missing? And what Android OS and app version are you running on your devices?
