My Arlo Q Will Not See Wifi Network

Just got a new Arlo Q. Following the setup procedure the phone app never sees the wifi name. It shows <unknown ssid> there is no option to input the SSID. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the phone app. Rebooted the device a few times.

Tried to put the password in as it is, no luck.

Do it on a computer with web broswer like Fire fox... SSID must be added during install

I'm sure it does need input during install. It is not an option.

Got it. what I found is doing the setup with the phone app does not work. You must create the account on a PC. Then you get the full setup menu
