My Arlo Q suddenly lost contact with wifi.
Tried to set it up again mutliple times, reset, removed from app and tried again.
This is the flow that I tried:
- Power up the Q. After boot fast flashing amber.(The same goes after a reset)
- Adding new Q in the app, with correct SSID and password(phone on same network, 2,4GHz).
- Pressing sync and flashing blue. showing QR-code.
- No sound and it changes to fast flashing amber.
Tried on differens routers with same results. Also tried to connect via WPS as another thread suggested.

Your WiFi has to be using WPA2-AES to connect. Is it? You might also want to reboot the router.

Hi!
It has been connected to the same router for years and two other cameras are functioning perfect.
I´m using WPA2 personal on all routers and has done that for years without any trouble.

@Roddel
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Yes. I’m 1,400 miles away. If I do a restart will that possibly solve the issue

@Win1455
If you have the ability to restart the camera it should be available/online.
