Arlo Q viewing from two mobile devices at the same time

Can I view this camera from 2 different mobil devices at the same time?

Also, I cannot access the camera on my computer while my phone is logged in to the Arlo app. Is this normal?

Yes but not using the master account. Use Settings, Grant Access to a second email address.  That won't log anyone off.

Thank you. My Apple computer only gives me video history but no live picture. Can this be corrected?

Did you also set Allow Access Rights at the bottom?
