I have Arlo Q setup and I can view live video when not at home. However, while view live video and enable talking, it shows keep connecting but never been able to show the hold and speak button.
If I VPN back home, I can have two way talking without any issue. Anyone have any suggestion? Or any Netgear support folks knows what port is required to open for two way talking?

There was another question about this I just replied to. When using cell service, the first Press TO Talk works but then simply gives the Please Wait message. Open a case at https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

LogicoZone,
I have tested this and did not see the same behavior. I recommend opening a case with support as jguerdat suggests above: Arlo Support Team
You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link. If you have any additional questions/concerns feel free to private message me. I would be happy to help.
