I bought 3 Arlo Q camera's for the home. I purchased a Smartthings hub and didnt realize I would need the base station to intergrate Arlo into smartthings. That beind said, can I purchase a base station seperatly and if so, will my Arlo Q camera's be able to be added to the base station? I would like to purchase an arlo pro and add it to the station too.

The Q cameras link to your own wifi only and not the base ( tho they appear in the prgm/apps )

The PRO camera is fully compatable with the older Arlo base

Big problem is that the ARLO base is not available separately, tho the PRO base will be if not already.

Adding to what TomMac mentions above, Arlo Q/Q+ is not currently integrated with SmartThings. Only Arlo Wire-free cameras are integrated with SmartThings. For more information, see here:

What is Samsung SmartThings, and how do I use it with my Arlo cameras?

How do I integrate my Arlo Wire-Free cameras into the Samsung SmartThings app?
